YOUR CUSTOM HOME CONCIERGE

EMILY JONES

Born in New York and raised in Orem, Utah, Emily Osguthorpe Jones has been a real estate agent since 2010 where she earned Rookie of the Year and continued to earn Top individual producer at Keller Williams.

Emily spent most of her college years traveling the globe. She attended the University of Paris her freshman year of college, followed by Brigham Young University, interned in Belgium her sophomore year and did humanitarian work in Sao Paulo Brazil her junior year. Emily is fluent in both French and Portuguese and continues to enjoy relationships formed decades ago in foreign countries. After graduating in French teaching/ESL, she taught High School and started a family.

Emily loved attending the Parade of Homes with her mother since she was a little girl. It was no surprise that in her first year of real estate she would partner with developers. She would eventually go on to work as a developer’s agent, specializing in developing neighborhoods after the 2006 collapse.  Her first development was Mt Airey, a 3500 square foot luxury townhome community increasing sales price by 32% in the first year, Rose Gardens in Sandy UT, Highlands in Lindon UT and The Preserve in Provo UT selling over 40 custom lots in 2 years despite power lines, and difficult slopes.

In 2015, the family moved to San Diego. Emily continued to fly back to Utah in order to manage build projects and soon after licensed in California to begin helping clients in San Diego as well as developers to purchase raw land in Carlsbad.

In 2021, Emily was drawn to build a family home in Heber and within a month began building her first Client Concierge Custom home. The Concierge Custom Home build process is designed to get exactly what you want without the stress. We build on time, on budget and make it fun!  We believe that each client deserves customized quality features at every price point. Over the past 15 years, Emily has found the best architects, engineers, builders, and interior designers to create a seamless process to build your dream home.

When Emily is not working in real estate, you can find her eating tacos with her husband, attending kids sporting events, games, or helping youth. Tyler and Emily have 4 children- Logan, Gavin, Sophia, Lila.  She enjoys traveling, playing competitive volleyball, hiking, eating lunch with friends and a great massage. Enjoying the hot cocoa at Sundance in the winter or listening to live music at Sundance Bluebird Cafe.

Joseph Ward

Joseph designs beyond the floor plan.

I have been friends with Joe for

almost 30 years. His work is timeless

and unique.  He quickly saw how

difficult it was to envision a home

from a 2D floor plan. He set out to

solve this problem. Using 3D

software, he can sketch each

individual room with design details

 including furniture and accessories.

He can change colors, textures,

& shapes in the click of a

button. This helps make design

decisions fun and easy.

Brian Hebdon

In 2018, while struggling to find my

client a home, we stumbled upon

a home Brian designed. The

moment we walked through the

front door and saw the 14 foot barrel

ceiling, they fell in love and we began

the design process.  Since then,

Brian has designed 4 homes

for my personal family members.

A Mountain Modern, Traditional,

Modern Farmhouse, & English Tudor.

He includes a 3D walk through of

your home to envision the space.

Carrick Custom Home Design

Carrick Custom Home Design has the

ability to maximize space whether

10,000 or 2500 sq ft. They deliver unique

and beautiful plans. I had two clients on

a TIGHT budget wanting nice custom

homes. Carrick designed a 3,000 & 3,300

plan that took advantage of the views

of Timp while keeping  to a modest

budget. That same year, they designed

a 5500 sq ft traditional home for my

client including a personal gym adorned

with glass walls, sauna, pool, custom

gun safe and every upgrade imaginable.

for as long as I can remember.  He

designed several homes that were

built in our 40 lot subdivision in the

beautiful homes in Red Ledges.
